These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of wecomconnects.com and to all services provided by We-Com Connects (“we”, “us”). By using the website, sending us an order or paying an invoice, you (“the client”) agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We create short-form AI video ads (AI UGC, AI avatar, Pixar-style, 2D/3D animated, claymation, AI song and AI voiceover + B-roll ads) and static image ads for DTC, e-commerce and dropshipping brands, for platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube. The exact scope, number of ads, lengths and price of each order are set out in the quote, package or invoice we agree with you.
2. What the client provides
- Your product landing page, a brief, an inspiration video and the script for each ad, unless we agree to write them.
- Access to, or subscriptions for, the AI tools needed for production. Our prices assume the client provides these tools.
- Accurate product information. You are responsible for every claim made about your product in the ads, including health, results and pricing claims.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us (logos, footage, images, music, scripts and trademarks) and that we may use it to make your ads.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our website or in your quote, in US dollars. Single ads are billed per edited minute. Packages and the Monthly Retainer are billed monthly in advance. Work starts once the invoice is paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices on the website can change, but an accepted quote or paid invoice will not change.
4. Turnaround
For ads up to 60 seconds, the first draft is delivered within 48 hours after we receive all materials. Pixar-style, 3D and claymation ads can take 3–5 working days. We work Monday to Friday. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on receiving complete materials and timely feedback.
5. Revisions
Each ad includes 2 rounds of revisions on the edit (timing, captions, music, voice, B-roll, colours and small fixes), usually delivered within 24 hours. A new script, a new concept or a change of ad style after the first draft counts as a new ad. Revision requests should be sent within 7 days of delivery; after that the ad is treated as approved.
6. Free sample ad
We may offer one free sample ad per brand so new clients can judge our work. We decide whether a brand qualifies and may decline or limit requests. The free sample comes with no revisions unless we agree otherwise, and you may use it in your own advertising.
7. Monthly Retainer
The Monthly Retainer covers 3 minutes of edited ads per working day, 8 working hours a day, Monday to Friday. Unused time does not roll over to the next month. Either side can cancel with written notice before the next billing date; the month already paid is not refunded.
8. Ownership and use of the ads
When an invoice is paid in full, you own the final delivered ads and may use them in any advertising or marketing. Project files, templates, presets and our working methods stay ours. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the delivered ads in our portfolio and on our social media.
9. AI-generated content
Our ads are made with third-party AI tools. Their use is also subject to those tools’ own terms and licences. AI avatars, voices and characters may not be exclusive to you and similar ones may appear in other brands’ ads. We do not use the likeness of real people without permission.
10. Ad platforms and results
We make ads to follow common platform guidelines, but Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms decide what they approve. We do not guarantee ad approval, sales, return on ad spend or any other result.
11. Refunds
Because creative work is custom-made, payments for work already started or delivered are not refundable. If we cannot deliver an order we have accepted, we will refund the part of the payment for the undelivered ads.
12. Confidentiality
We keep your materials, product plans and results confidential and use them only to provide our services.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or ad account restrictions.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
