This Privacy Policy explains how We-Com Connects (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit wecomconnects.com or work with us. We-Com Connects is an AI ad creative agency based at Gulshan-e-Hadeed Phase II, Bin Qasim Town, Malir, Karachi, Pakistan.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you use our contact or quote form we collect your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, the service and package you choose, your monthly ad budget, your product landing page link and your message.
- Project materials: when you become a client you may send us briefs, scripts, inspiration videos, product images, logos and access to AI tool accounts. We use these only to make your ads.
- Usage data: pages visited, clicks, scrolls, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city) and how you arrived on the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, send quotes and deliver the ads you order.
- To manage our client relationship, invoicing and support.
- To understand how visitors use the website and improve it.
- To measure and improve our own advertising, for example on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising tools
We may use the following third-party tools. Each sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure website traffic and form submissions. Opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who visited this site. Manage this in your Facebook ad preferences.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to create heatmaps and anonymised session recordings so we can see which parts of the site are hard to use. Form fields are masked. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Search Console to see how the site performs in Google Search. It does not set cookies on your device.
You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the cookie notice, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Declining does not stop the website from working.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider, analytics and advertising platforms above, and the AI production tools used to make your ads. They may process data only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.
International transfers
We are based in Pakistan and our service providers may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When we transfer information we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client project files and records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email contact@wecomconnects.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
